The logs README is currently lightweight, but a larger query history artifact is available for diagnostics.

Suggested housekeeping
- Normalize filename spelling for query logs if needed.
- Define rotation and archival policy for large text logs.
- Add metadata (date range, source, environment) at the top of log files.
